Coffeehouse stories

I tend to sit in coffeehouses. A lot. It's my third space, my second home, wherever I am. And as a person who has traveled quite a bit, the where of it sometimes changes. Coffeehouses are a stable constant in my life, and I am so thankful for them. Especially since I don't really enjoy regular coffee - I need the extra suger and syrup and whipped cream coffeehouses provide. I love the atmosphere as well, with lots of different people, tapping away at keyboards, having phone calls, reading a book, or chatting with friends. Coffeehouses are serene havens at the same time as they're vivid, always changing, with exciting new sets of characters taking over every few hours.

This blog won't so much be about my love for coffeehouses (probably) but rather stories from my everyday life. However, since most of them will likely be written in coffeehouses, that seemed as good a place as any to start.
